  • i gave up on that survey it wouldn't load the questions !!!!

has anyone had the PL which asks you to watch a tv programme for 25 mins (though further into survey it says its 50 min programme!!!) for 48sb!!!! I personally don't think 48sb for 50 mins is worth it.

Sadly none of this worked for me. It does not show up in my Firefox history so cannot do as suggested. Very frustrated as could have done with the 80SBs - will put in a ticket as have a screen shot of last page, but not holding my breath about it.

Had another trawl through my history and managed to find it. Instant credit!! One happy bunny!! Thanks Russ

There's been a few of these the last few weeks, lots of angry people talking about them on facebook. Length seemed to vary between 30 minutes to almost 1 hour.

IIRC only a couple of people got the credits successfully, most people who completed it got 1 SB. Survey company claimed they were DQ'd despite 100% completion.

Guys for the 6 minute survey go back to your history to the socratic link go through it again, you only need to answer one question then it rectifies itself once you click exit! Credited and everything!

    Thank you! very happy:j

rao - encrave is usa only

I was just wondering if other UK folks also got the box by accident on their homepage? It seemed strange the box said it was a "new offer on Swagbucks" when it's been around in the US for about 6 months or more... It made me think of paulshorse's non-committal conversation with Swagbucks UK Nick and wondered if the staff made an oopsie whilst setting things up behind the scenes. :D

Because it's not a new offer US members Homepage screenshots of the Encrave box (via Google Images) seems to look like this:
    85S43N3.png

But the one I saw(link) said it was an "Exciting new offer" where you can earn up to 50 SB.
Probably just a dumb glitch though and nothing special, certainly not confirmation of anything anyway, I just thought it was kinda unusual. :D

EDIT: Recently posted on UK Swagbucks Facebook comment wall, guess I'm not the only one who finds it odd.

Responce from Swagbucks on Facebook about the US only Encrave offer showing up on UK Homepages:
Swagbucks UK yes, we're on it and we'll take it down..

Shame, I'd hoped they were gonna say it was showing up because they plan to add it in the future for UK folks, but accidentally made it go live on the homepage too early. Oh well :(

I've just posted the following on Facebook. I'll update with any responses I get from Nick:-

Nick - I've just read this on the blog (part of the post about 50 million ways to be thankful - http://blog.swagbucks.com/2013/11/50-million-reasons-to-be-thankful.html). "There are still millions of dollars more to give out, and that’s just before Christmas! Then we’ll ring in the New Year with more ways to earn, more gift cards to distribute, and a promotion for the biggest prize (by far!) that we’ve ever given out on Swagbucks (stay tuned for details….)". Will the 'more ways to earn' be applicable to us in the UK or is it only for the US?

Nick's reply - we're always looking to provide more ways for you to earn paul...

Very noncommittal. I would say from his reply that the 'more ways to earn' bit will be more for the US contingency than us in the UK, but I will be more than happy to be proved wrong

Nick has replied again to my question to him (see above):-

Swagbucks UK - "We have a new survey partner coming soon and we're working on bringing a channel that is not currently available in the UK early next year"
    Swagbucks joined 5th July 2012 - Earned 2012: Amazon - £300 - 2013: Amazon - £610
    Neobux - joined 15th April 2013 - Earned 2013 $695 PayPal
    2014 - Swagbucks £75 Neobux $102 Clixsense $67
    2014 goal £180/600
