    What I'm talking about is account verification. It might ask you to at some point to verify your account. I'm not sure if it asks all members or not. But they have to send you a postcard with a PIN number which you then have to fill in and then you can start earning rewards again.

    Yes i was a lucky girl and done it on mobile, but i think UK has to do it by postcard now :(

    I only had to do it my email, wife had to do the postcard thing & that took a week to arrive i think

    Where is the 24sb change for life? I have just done one for 25SB on my home page that took 30 mins to cred and not long had a 3rd search win.
