    I have had an email from a director at Hall and Partners following my whinge to them about the Lloyds survey that took forever and didn't credit.

    "I am assured that Swag Bucks has now credited you (and I believe a few others) that received a blank screen at the end of the Hall and Partners survey. This was an issue I believe with Swag Bucks’s programming but of course we take responsibility for our sub-contractor’s error.
    I also understand that Swag Bucks has emailed you directly on this subject.
    With regards to the timings on the survey, I’m sorry that it took you so long to complete. We time all our surveys prior to launching them and this one was timed by us at 25 minutes. I have sent a reminder to the relevant research team about timings and asked them to keep an eye on them going forward in case of “questionnaire creep”."

    Lets hope for some improvement from their surveys.

    Oddly enough Swag bucks have emailed me and said they've given me the missing 70sb but I can't find them on my ledger so I'm chasing them up. Hopefully all of us who did that survey will get them soon if what I've been told turns up trumps

    Thanks for your work on this - that's brilliant. I hope you get the 70sb credited. Their comment about Swagbucks' programming is interesting. After my experience with a survey from Hall & Partners today, I'm not holding my breath that anything will change, but we can hope. I've never heard of 'questionnaire creep' before - it sounds quite sinister :eek:

  • I got another 288 PL on IT, go look if you are an 'IT crowd', this one took around 10 minutes and was primarily interested in security.

    Finishing on 558 bux which is awesome considering the survey glitches this evening. :)

    Well, I'm trying my luck with Swagbucks support in the light of this info. I got fobbed off about survey credit when I received a blank screen. So, here's what I've sent them;
    Having contacted the survey company, I understand that the error is not with their system, but with your programming. Therefore, this issue IS within your control at Swagbucks Hence I am EXTREMELY disappointed by your response.

    Your response suggests that you know this is going to happen again because it is happening so regularly to so many people (as evidenced by social media posts).

    I have proven to you that I completed this survey and in good faith, any decent company would credit the customer because 'the customer is always right!'

    I await your response on this matter.

    So I've got 4 36SB PLs here, should I wait for some higher paying ones? I'm scared to do even one considering how temperamental the exceeding limit seems to be.
