I think they now want proof of your address.as the phone option does not verify it.

beware if you downloaded the paypal here app it puts your money in reserve for so many days just phoned paypal to get it sorted

Love the woofwagen ad by Volkswagen! Saw a beautiful German Shepherd a couple of weeks ago doing exactly that, and staring down some poor guy next to them at the traffic lights, made me smile!
