I got the same standard reply, but did not get the SB's!! Was complaining about the Disney survey, and it being the second time that it has not credited for me, did it about two months ago as well!
Was actually replying to the email and saying that I did not think their answer was satisfactory, when my email went down and lost my reply to them! Will try again tomorrow.

new to swagbucks its actually quite fun i'm downloading alot of the ios apps so hitting the daily target quite easily. i've noticed the hudl video and others would let you view it multiple times. is there a limit to these ? i don't want to be banned. i've already earned ten pounds in amazon vouchers without having to spend alot of time. what are these collectors items ? i've bookmarked this post so i'll look back daily. thanks
