It looks like it's Volume11, not SB. Volume11 seem to not want people viewing their videos more than once, but on SB, a bug has allowed people to watch their videos multiple times, but instead of fixing the bug in their system, Volume11 is just banning people. I got the same message this morning, along with quite a few others.

Oh thanks - I wondered if anyone else had received the same message and I thought that it may be due to a bug. So it all boils down to the fact that we have been banned through no fault of our own apart from unknowingly viewing a video more than once which Swagbucks have offered us. Usually if you've watched a video that you can only view once, you get an error message. Losing 1 or 2 swagbucks on the odd occasion doesn't bother me - it's the principal of the thing. Oh well, it's Volume11's loss

I got banned from sponserpay for clicking on the levi site twice lol, each click was 2 whole bux. i never meant to rip them off for 2 bux lmao :rotfl:

Just sent this message on facebook to Swagbucks UK about the Volume11 banning -

Nick - can you please get this sorted with Volume11. It appears that quite a few people have been banned by them because there was a bug in their system which they did not fix that allowed a video to be viewed more than once. I don't know which one it was but it seems that people must now make a note of which videos they watch in case they inadvertently click on one more than once. It appears that this is not the fault of swagbucks members and I believe that Swagbucks should contact Volume11 to get everyone's account with them reinstated as a result of their error

Me too Paulshorse. I don't think I have misbehaved so it is a mystery as to why. They could at least say why, rather than just "you have been banned".
