    I've not played games for about a week as I find they are slow to load, if they load at all and don't always play or credit.

    Just had a Which? PL survey, but it froze part way in and refrshing page didn't even do the trick.

    Thank You So Much Zugwang. Credited for me after 15 minutes. It states on the offer it could take this long, so worth waiting til this time has passed before putting in a ticket.
