Really annoyed with swagbucks as they have refused to honour 2 TS tickets I put in. They stated that they saw no issues with the surveys, but the survey is now closed and I was caught up in the closure. I wrote back saying this was not right as I completed it successfully and re submitted screen shots. I have lost 180sb's...tho that is just peanuts.0
