    Just realised that I use the .com site and I can't log on to the .co.uk site. What site do you use... also wondering if that's the reason the blue box didn't come up for me - was it just for people on the .co.uk site?

    Thank you so much! This worked for me. :) I had to select one offer though, I just went for one that didn't require me to put in my number.

    I got 573SB, 300 for the whole month, 273 for the daily bonuses. I also got one 10Sb for the collector's bills, but that was awarded as soon as I got them.

    That's a very good point! I use the .com version as well even though I live in the UK. I'll try to log in now.

    Edit: Actually I only seem to be able to access a .com version? I don't get the blue box either though but I'm not sure why. :(

    There's a .co.uk site? :eek:

    I got the blue box on .com so I don't think it's that.
