    Up to 10 working days but they have been sending out within a few days recently.

    I am waiting for the stupid postcard to come, despite having completed a verification before, so I can't cash out my £25 yet.

    I requested my postcard exactly 1 week ago and it was dropped through the letter box about half an hour ago. :)
