After all of my moaning I feel bad now as I have had one of my five DS's creditted overnight and one has been applied to todays total, there are three os but this has taken me to my next amazon voucher - still not that happy but two is better than none I suppose!

I'm still waiting to be credited for my DS. Is it worth contacting them on it or do I just write it off?

'Word from our daily survey company is that the queue is majorly backlogged due to the tech release from last week. It is starting to move now and should be moving more quickly as the day goes on.'

So I'd probably hang fire for a little while

I have had one of my 2 uncredited DS's now credited and I did not send in a ticket for either yet. I would wait a little longer to see what happens.
