Eating leftover pasta for lunch?

Very quick question - am making sausage pasta tonight (cut up sausages in tomato and veg sauce mixed with pasta) - will have lots of leftovers and need lunch for work on Monday. I would have no problem eating this cold for lunch after one day but will it be ok cold for lunch on Monday if it is kept in the fridge until then?

Thank you!

I would still eat it up to 3 days after as long as it is kept covered & in the fridge I think it should be fine :)

    It will be fine :D
Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.
  • I would portion it up into microwaveable tubs and bung in the freezer, just to insure it doesn't spoil and get wasted.

I would do that if it was just the sauce but I think frozen cooked pasta is horrid :(

I often have reheated pasta dishes for lunch. Depending on the sauce, however sometimes I store them separately so the pasta doesn't absorb all the sauce.
Paid off the last of my unsecured debts in 2016. Then saved up and bought a property. Current aim is to pay off my mortgage as early as possible. Currently over paying every month. Mortgage due to be paid off in 2036 hoping to get it paid off much earlier. Set up my own bespoke spreadsheet to manage my money.
