signing on for the first time, interview on monday

I have my first JSA interview on monday & i have no idea what documents i should bring.. i live with my parents.. do i need proof of address? if yes what can i use? also i have a passport.. i don't have a CV - well i do but i'm waiting for my college to post it to me. what else do i need to bring? i'm really nervous haha

Yes i did apply online, and i read what it said at the end. but now i forgot what i need. i have a really bad memory problem it won't let me look back at it though.0
