If youre really into a bargain Primark do a great coppy in white, gold or a floral print for £4. Ive got a pair myself and they are a great bargain shoe for getting knocked around during summer.:money:0

TJ Hughes seem to be doing an offer at the moment. They were on sale in the Shrewsbury branch for 15-18 pounds? They had black and another colour but I can't remember what it was. I would have bought some but I already have 2 pairs and bought a pair of scholl instead which were also on offer for £15.What goes around - comes around

When you could buy Crocs and be reeeeaaally comfy
But Crocs are not moneysaving (£30 for a lump of foam plastic) or environmentally/ecologically sound. They do not appear to be made of recycled or renewable sources and seem to be filling the world up with yet more plastic, that does not biodegrade.
I really hope I am wrong and someone will correct me, but this new plastic phenomenom only seems to be further damaging our precious planet. They are made of EVA (also known as acetate) and are not biodegradable. They are manufactured by foam creations. They are also usually manufactured in china, and there is no evidence to show that there is no child labour or appropriate work/manufacturing ethics.
I have no idea about Birkenstocks, but until crocs are made from renewable sources and are environmentally friendly we should all avoid them.:starmod: I am not that savage :heartpuls But I am a Vixen :staradmin0 -
