It will be a weekend of discovery, wonder, excitement and learning and the prizes includes 2 nights dinner, bed & breakfast at the glorious St. Audries Bat Holiday Club near Minehead.
October is the perfect time for stargazing when the skies darken early, staying pitch black until the moon rises after midnight. On display you may see the likes of Cassiopeia, Lyra, Cygnus, planets or amazing galaxies! Your guide for the weekend will be Steve Owens who will be giving a special talk on one evening taking you through a tour of our solar system and beyond. Another evening will be devoted to observing the dark skies of the Quantocks and surrounding area, (weather permitting.):happylove Those who bring sunshine into the lives of others cannot keep it from themselves. :happylove0 -
