Please Help. Will Having Another Baby Affect My Chances Of Getting A Morgage

Hi im new here, but need some advice. ive just found out i am pregnant whic will be baby number 3, someone told me having another baby will stop us from getting a morgage is this true?

    Not the fact that you are having a baby no.

    It is the knock on effect of the baby that may impact such as are you giving up work etc?

    And the fact that each additional dependent has a bearing on some affordability calculators. Additional mouth to feed etc. but hey, congratulations. They're worth the grief and extra expense.

    on the halifax affordability calc, A couple earning £35k (him £30k her 4k) with a squeaky clean history and no commitments can borrow £124k if they have 2 kids. WIth 3 kids this goes down to £118k - anymore than 3 doesnt make anymore difference, even if they have 10!
