Im sure that the bank had some motive, reason behind the internal check of my interest rate, Im not aware of banks making unnecessary work.

What you think has no relevance. If you are trying to twist everything around to fit your theory then it simply won't stand up in court.

No twisting just documented facts, sorry to disappoint.

Look I'm not interested as to whether or not you or anyone believe my allegation, I don't expect and wouldn't expect anyone to, unless they'd seen and compared the documented evidence, which was revealed in part as late as August 2012. I'm more than happy to accept any puns, knock, backs, or criticism for just wanting to bring something to attention of home owners.

Ive got nothing to cry over, I've got while rates are low a 0.84% lifetime tracker with no erc or tie ins, and rate would have to increase .5% every month for a year to reach the SVR i switched from in 2008. what I do have are documented evidences of lenders mortgage application frauds. Simple ....

Thanks all the same for your help and comments. ttfn:)
