I have been to Boots this afternoon and you can still get the free small size Trevor Sorbie conditioner if you put your Boots card in the ACM.

humpfff i'm fed up i've tried 4 different cards and none of them have had freebies since last year.0

I have used my card in 3 different machines recently and didnt get a voucher for this freebie. My Mum used her card for the first time in ages and got it (and gave me the conditioner, bless her
). I did get the voucher for a free Boots Expert Sensitive product though.
