Winning clothing - how does it usually work?

Hello.

I had a WEM from Look magazine today to say I have won £250 of Lavish Alice clothing.

However, I've never run this type of prize before so not sure how it works.

Do the company normally just send you clothes? do they email asking you to choose some clothes? or do you get a gift card?

Thank you for any help (still over the moon and excited!) I was just saying earlier how I wanted some new clothes too.

Depends on the T&C's but I have always been sent the value as a giftcard or code to enter at the checkout. (congratulations)

I won £50 worth of clothes from an on-line retailer, I was sent a special code that I had to enter when checking out.

So I got to choose exactly what I wanted - good job too as the clothing sizes only went up to a size 12/14 (And I am a lot bigger than that), So I spent it on accessories instead!

I have been sent gift cards as well when I've won with a major shopping chain.
And on one occasion I won a particular item and was asked for my size by email and they sent the item direct to me.

I won with La Redoute and they just credited my account. I won a specific item with fat face and they emailed to ask for my size but didnt have it in stock so sent my the equivalent in vouchers instead. Congratulations on your win!
