MySurvey points disappearing

Hi All,
I just tried to claim £5 PayPal on Perks Plus and I got an error message saying something along the lines of 'unable to verify points with TNS'. The 575 points were removed from my balance, but I didn't actually claim the reward. I sent a message to mySurvey through their 'contact us' form 2 days ago and I haven't hear a thing from them. They don't have a contact phone number that I can see. Has anyone had any issues like this from MySurvey? I've never had any issues before.

    Sorry to hear this, I've never had this problem before, hope you get it sorted.

    I did complete a 500 point survey today and received just 1 point, have e-mailed them but in my experience they usually take about 3-5 days to reply and as it is the weekend now it'll be next week I expect.
