I have a friend who has very recently (and unexpectedly) been diagnosed with a terminal illness. She is in the process of organising a will, while she still has her mental faculties. And definitely be sure you she knows how possible mental capability issues will affect ability to consent to marriage. Good to let people know her intent while she is clearly capable, just in case there is any doubt about it later, even if she is still capable then, but more arguably.
