That’s no problem. It is not us that send the prizes. They come from an agency. I contacted the agency who has chased the film distributor to send these prizes out again after your first email. I am really sorry that this has happened and that you have waited two months to receive your prize. I will continue to apply pressure this side to make sure that you receive it ASAP, because it’s not acceptable that you haven’t received it yet.
