Can't find the link to the mortgage reclaim template letters... Could someone please show me the link?
Just remembered I sent two of my closed mortgage companies the 1st letter (about MEAFs) & requesting credit agreement copy over a YEAR ago....

That is because there isnt any. There are no known issues around currently that would allow you to "reclaim your mortgage". The only real issue of concern (according to the FOS) are those that went with subprime lenders when they could have used prime.Just remembered I sent two of my closed mortgage companies the 1st letter (about MEAFs) & requesting credit agreement copy over a YEAR ago....
Mortgages dont have credit agreements. They are not regulated under the consumer credit act.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
