Playstation 4 Giveaway – summer 2013 Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

If you join Ffrees during the months of July and August 2013, you will be automatically entered into our prize draw to win a brand new Playstation 4 console, which will be pre-ordered and dispatched to the winner upon release in Winter 2013.

Prize Draw Rules

In order for your entry to count, you must confirm your email address with us. You will be prompted to do this via email upon registration.
Playstation 4 is given away on behalf of Ffrees Family Finance. Sony Computer Entertainment Europe and Playstation are not sponsors of, and are not affiliated with, this prize draw.
The Pre-ordered Playstation 4 console will be available with one Dualshock 4 controller
No games or software will be included in the prize.
You must be aged 18 years or over to be eligible for entry
Lost or stolen prizes cannot be refunded or replaced, so treat them with care
Upon closure of the prize draw and when the winner has been successfully contacted, a Playstation 4 console will be pre-ordered and dispatched to the winner’s address upon release. Release date is TBC. Ffrees will contact the winner and update them when the release date is issued.
No purchase necessary for entry
Closing date for the draw is 23:59:59 on August 31st 2013
One winner will be chosen at random after the closing date
Our decision is final in all matters relating to the draw. We will not enter into any correspondence regarding it.
The winner will be notified by email, post or by telephone within 10 days of the draw taking place.
If the winner does not respond to communications to claim their prize within 20 days of the initial correspondence, a new winner will be selected at random and the same process as points 12 and 13 will apply.
You are not eligible for entry if you are associated in any way with the draw. This includes our employees or agents and those of our subsidiaries or other group companies and any participating organisations and members of their families.
You must accept any prize as offered. There is no cash alternative.
The winner of the prize draw will have their name published on https://www.ffrees.co.uk and social media sites such as Twitter and Facebook.
Your entry to a draw constitutes your acceptance of these rules and your agreement to the publication of your name if you win.
The promoter of the draw is Ffrees Family Finance Ltd trading as Ffrees, Electric Works, Sheffield Digital Campus, Sheffield, S1 2BJ.
Users who set up multiple accounts will not be eligible. If you set up a second account, your first entry will be invalidated.
