Help? why is there 69,99 in my bank from this company....... isthere any way i can re send it back, i havent confirmed any loans, and the last time i looked for a loan was 3 weeksago...... can any body help

    OK so where did you look for a loan ? I take it you looked on some loan broker sites or what not.

    Yes you might be able to get it back but read the T&C's how to get a refund.

    You say there is money in your bank that you want to send back to this company.

    Are you sure they haven't taken the money from your account and you want to get it back? It sounds like another of many examples where people are charged a fee for the broker to look for (not necessarily find) a loan for you; most seem to have a way of claiming back the money which will be explained in the Ts&Cs but it rarely seems straightforward.
