grated carrot-how long will they keep for?

I have a current love for grated carrot in salads. However, it is a wee bit of a faff grating it fresh each time (and I don't usually put the dishwasher on every day, so grater isn't always clean)
If I grated a few of them, how long would it keep ok for in the fridge? Fridge is set at 3degrees.
Thanks.

I would have thought it would keep for 3-4 days.

I keep a plastic box of it in the freezer, then it's always ready if you want to use it in salads or soups, I add a handful just before serving and it's usually defrosted by the time we eat it :)

I use a minichef type food processor which give small pieces. Maybe that makes the texture a bit better than finely grated which I would think might go soggy? It's not quite as crisp as freshly grated but not too bad and a lot easier than dirtying the grater and worktop ;) anything to make life easier!
You can grate carrot and keep it in a ziplock bag (removing as much air as possible with a straw each time you use it) this will keep in the fridge for about 4 days. Maybe you could make up your work weeks allowance? (Presuming that you are making up your lunch each morning)
