You have a job yes? then the answer is a big fat NO!!!It's not the calls that worry me as they only have my landline number and the chances are I won't be in when they ring anyway. It's whether I actually have to attend the appointments or even acknowledge the letters? We’ve had to remove your signature. They won't give you any appointments if you are employed full-time. They will be hanging onto you for grim death because their fees depend on it, whether they helped you find this employment or not.0

As you have found FT employment I wouldn't worry about, i presume you will be starting soon ? If so you cant attend the meetings.0

i think i'll be in the same situation, i was referred later than 12 months, a long story. I started part time job now been made full time, if you have an android mobile you can block them there are lots of free apps to do this automatically.
Dont worry about it IGNORE THEM! I never signed the documentation that they sent to me directly so they can go whistle as they didn't help me at all.My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -
They'll do what happened to a friend of mine - refer you for a sanction. Of course how the DWP can take benefits off you when you aren't receiving any is an unanswerable question!0

If they try that with me i will give them an almighty tongue lashing and i will go to my MP or whichever is overseeing the DWP and give HIM/HER a tongue lashing. My Signature is MY OWN!!0 -
Hi,
I've recently found full time employment after being on the A4E Work Programme. I signed off at the job centre a few days ago and emailed my A4E advisor to make them aware of the situation.
I received this reply from my A4E advisor:
"Ok Thank you for this update. I will need to wait for confirmation from the Job Centre before I can act on this information. What will happen once I do have confirmation is you’ll go onto a “light touch” approach, because you were referred to us for the 2 year period until this time has lapsed we still have to maintain contact with you. Once you have gone onto light touch we will maintain contact via 4 weekly phone calls, if you choose not to answer the phone that’s entirely up to you but the appointments will continue to be made until your time has come to an end with us in December of this year."
As verbal confirmation of an appointment is not enough, I expect they will continue to post the letters to me. Do I have to attend these appointments or even acknowledge that I have received the letters?
I'm guessing no because I am no longer in receipt of JSA but I don't want to annoy them in case I ever have to return to them
I hope the advice you were provided was helpful to you
