High LTV Mortgages

Are there any really good high (90-95%) LTV deals out there?

What' your definition of "really good" and what's your status?

Do you have an existing mortgage, if so with whom?

At 90-95% your not going to get amazing rates like the sub 2.5% rates you see but there are a few 95% deals available and plenty at 90%.

It's possibly connected to this, but if it is I don't know why we had to have two separate threads?

Many of the more eye catching rates at higher LTV's are only available through very small building societies in selected areas to top notch applicants.

  • Sorry, new to this forum stuff. Created second thread as didn't want to confuse the issue. One question is around the property I might be gifted and the other about my current property.

So, which property is this thread about?

You'll find it impossible to get a remortgage for 95% and 90% may be out of the question too, depending on the use of the funds.

You will get 90% for a purchase, but neither of the properties is actually being purchased.
