    Thanks for your advice.

re income, I never submitted the income figures as I was never present for any face to face mortgage application,or any other form via phone mail or proxy.

I already held the mortgage it was current and still is.

The wrong doings are documented which to date the lender has refused to provide any explanations for.

The individuals have been complicit in the frauds.

Furthermore your dead right re self cert or fast track mortgages, But you and dave have not answered the issue and question I asked, that If i had been asked by advisor to provide income proof as she stated in her log, and then I turned up without any, why did any application supposedly get completed?.

The issue not about my income its about my rate and always has been and the fact I was never present for any applications.

    Cheers
  • So trying to piece together what is just a mishmash of keys being hit on a keyboard, if I give some options can you say which is closest, lets start with the beginning and work forwards

    2005

    a) A bank has forced a mortgage on you against your will that you didn't want nor apply for, but you've carried on paying it anyway

    b) You applied for a mortgage, the bank were happy with the application you made, the bank gave you a mortgage

    c) You applied for a mortgage, you shouldn't have been granted one based on your application income figures, but the bank granted you a mortgage anyway

And now jumping forward to 2009

    a) A bank has forced further lending on you against your will that you didn't want nor apply for, but you've carried on paying it anyway

    b) You applied for further lending, the bank were happy with the application you made, the bank gave you a mortgage

    c) You applied for further lending, you shouldn't have been granted one based on your application income figures, but the bank granted you a mortgage anyway

Now what Im about to say is really going to ruffle some feathers....

Its the lender who is in effect saying, that I forced them into conducting the application to make a lump sum reduction of my existing balance upon simultaneous porting.

So nothing you said is correct moby sorry.

  • Ive got the flux capacitor.
  • Id Like to thank all the professional posts irrespective of whether you had managed to understand the issue of a lender mortgage application frauds.

Weakest line of defence is to attack the individual, thats also a fact.

Please lookout for my forthcoming threads on valuation fees and FOS complicity of fraud. Thank You.
