That doesnt say anything new at all. Indeed, it highlights the same problems we have said so many times on here before. The projections are not a reliable source of data when taken alone to decide if the endowment is on track or not.
Looking at Standard Life, as this thread is, you dont have the terminal bonus or the mortgage promise value included in the projections. So the projections could easily be falling short on paper but realistically heading for a surplus.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
