    Just a quick update....

    I spoke to the very helpful people at the probate help line number. They said they get wills all the time specifying Nill Rate Discretionary Trusts that are no longer revenant under current tax law and advised that this aspect of the will could simply be ignored.

    Based on this, forms have been filled out and submitted and the oath sworn last week. So hopefully nearing closure !
