  • Someone mentioned peanut butter & jam sandwiches earlier....YUM!! But, if you want a slightly healthier version, then toasted peanut butter & banana w/ linseed bread is absolutely delicious

It's my "go to food" for pre or post exercise :D

Even better toasted bread (ideally Morrisons sunflower & pumpkin seed) one slice has Lidls chocolate spread - has to be the striped one with the blue lid the other slice has crunchy peanut butter then a banana before sandwiching it together - my Elvis breakfast

Now that I've just got to try! :rotfl:

  • Curry flavour micro noodles. Artificial tasting and plasticky but I still love them.

I tried a few things in the last couple of years that I used to adore, and found every one of them absolutely disgusting - Smash, Kraft Cheesey Pasta, Heinz tinned macaroni cheese.

They all went in the bin -the foxes wouldn't even eat them.

Sadly not - there's one about 10 miles from me, but that seems a bit far for some noodles. :undecided Thanks for the information, though.

They do home delivery Im sure, might be worth a look on their website.

Chip sarnies are a must if it's chippy chips (we only have chippy chips once in a blue moon so not so bad)

Mashed potato and salad cream sarnies, cheap white bread, mash still slightly warm and great spoons of salad cream stirred through. It's all I ate when pregnant with DD1 but I can still be tempted with one now and then (I've even started adding peas for some colour!) ;)

mashed potato and salad cream is great, I like mash and gravy sandwiches too!
  • I think the one I'm missing most right now is buying a far-too-big takeaway pizza in order to make sure there's cold pizza for breakfast.

Heavenly for breakie haven't had that in years xx

  • My guilty secret is toast with loads of butter on dunked in a hot cup of tea, not only does the toast go soggy but you end up with buttery tea :o

My late Mum thought this was so disgusting, she made me eat it outside! :rotfl:
  • I love squeezy cheese, ideally the bright orange/yellow american stuff that is about 2% real cheese.
