Missed call, have i missed out?

Hi, this morning i had a missed call, i literally missed it by 2 seconds. I called them back and it was B&Q, it was like an automated message saying for this press 1, for that press 3. I remember entering a competition to win B&Q vouchers and i've not ordered anything from them so i can't see why they'd be ringing me unless i'd won?
I got through to speak to somebody and she said she'd ring me back after she'd asked around to see who it was. Well she rang me back and said that nobody knew what it was about
If it was a win do you think they'll ring me back or is it normally just one chance and then they pick another winner??
