Travel Insurance For Down South?

I'm about to head away for 2 weeks in Spain. I normally get travel insurance just for that.

We normally travel down South a fair amount to visit friends or if we get a cheap hotel deal. I've never thought to get insurance for that but it is a different country so I would more than likely need it should I fall ill?

That's made me think about getting an annual policy for my normal two weeks away as well as should anything happen when we in across the border.

Does anyone else have this and what did you get?

I have one of them, I was thinking more of having travel insurance should I need to visit a hospital down south.
