    Speak to a whole of market or independent broker.

    Likely to be a fee involved which is one reason L&C wont do it. Lots of work involved in a case with adverse.

    it might be worth you having a read on the Aldermore bank web site Personal Mortgages
    on the face of it they seem to be more lenient than some

    We keep defaults for six years from the date they defaulted, which should be clearly marked on your report for each entry, not from the satisfaction date.

    I have just been accepted by Woolwich on the HTB scheme with 3 defaults. there criteria was the defaults had to be settled for more then 3 years. Mine are due to fall off in October.
  • Thanks for everyone's help thus far it is really appreciated. Can anyone recommend another broker or would it be best to use someone local to my area?
