Suggestions for parents living abroad

My parents are living in Spain and I won't get to see them before Christmas

Any suggestions for a Christmas gift for them? I'd preferably like something I can purchase and send rather than me make something as I don't have a lot of time and hate post offices! I get them a calendar from Photobox every year with pics of the children so they'll have that. Mum likes wine. Dad is harder to buy for. They are taking my youngest to Florida next year so I thought something for that, but I'm stuck!

could u not put together a shoe box of things they might like and just hit the post office way before christmas on a quite day?
could put in a mini wine, chocs, or whatever or even do it full of travel stuff for when they go away (ud get loads in sales right now)
dont know if thats of any use xx

British stuff u cant get in spain, small tin baked beans, marmite, fave coffee etc, ask them what they miss... send it surface mail if possible.... so its cheaper xx or a photo frame
