Pension Plan winding up - should I cash it in?

Hi All, I have recently received an e-mail from the Pension Plan of a company I used to work for. The company was taken over by HP several years ago, after I finished working for them. I would only advocate 3, taking the winding up sum, IF you were going to put it (or at least 75% of it) back into a pension.

I would not advocate taking it to pay off a cheap mtg or to spend.
