    So if the deposit is actually from C's parents and not yours, you're in breach of your agreement with Kensington, therefore basically fraud.
  • The Money is actually ours just that C was saving it all through her dad and has been for the Last 2 years so technically it is our Money just not in our accounts.

    For a sole mortgage, they expect the deposit to be provided fly the mortgage applicant or a gift from the sole applicants family.

    You ask for the best way to proceed - the only way to proceed is for you to save the deposit yourself, or for a member of your family to provide a gifted deposit from their own money.

    Anything else is fraud
