I followed Mrs Moneypenny and cooked mumtoone's first cake. . It has delayed dinner by an hour but even the littlies are saying the smell from the oven is lovely. (Rum is my spirit of choice)

The little bit of mixture that didn't fit the tin is in muffin cases. Cooked them for 45 mins at 180 deg ( needed to cook the jacket potatoes for the ravenous teenagers at the same time ).
