    Not yet, no.

Do you have an existing case? If so, your current case will continue as is. The current cases won't start to be closed until the start of 2015. The first cases to close are currently pencilled in to be clerical cases and nil-assessed cases.

Will they close/swap the CSA1 cases by then? Will there be may of them left then? Assuming the last cases were put on in 2003 even on a newborn the kids would be 12?
Scratch that if now you pay until 20 I suppose it is still worth swapping them.
I'm never offended by debate & opinions. As a wise man called Voltaire once said, "I disagree with what you say, but will defend until death your right to say it."
Mortgage is my only debt - Original mortgage - January 2008 = £88,400, March 2014 = £47,000 Chipping away slowly! Now saving to move.

I don't think they will swap CSA cases, when CSA2 came out we were promised that they would move us over, but it never happened, I think the CSA1 cases will be left to run through the system until they get to their exit dates as I suppose there are less and less on the system every week as children reach non qualifying ages and cases get closed.

I was told by the CSA back in 2006 that i would be moving over to the 2003 scheme within the year, this never happened and was put down to the staff at the CSA putting in false information,
I then thought that i would stop paying when my son reached 19 now it has been put up to 20 yrs of age!!

It's always struck me as shocking that they've been allowed to run multiple schemes for the same thing for so long - especially after all the money that's been thrown at the CSA over the the years...

I started on CSA1 but only got moved across to CSA2 when my ex opened a new case for a new child (different NRP)...

My husband pays directly to his ex and she has to sign a duplicate receipt every time.
