Every week on the show, starting Saturday 24 August, Mark will be asking a question about a player who deserves the Ball of Shame. Tweet us your answer including @absoluteradio and the hashtag #ballofshame for your chance to win £150!

From what I can tell (unless someone listens to this and can tell me different) you just need to tweet who has basically messed up big time over the weekends football matches.

For example:-
@absoluteradio #ballofshame Millwall's kit man surely deserves the accolade this week

or

@absoluteradio #ballofshame Joe Hart really needs to change his shampoo and conditioner

(In case you didn't know, Millwall's kit man somehow managed to forget to take the teams kit to this weekends away game at Sheffield Wednesday)

If so, that is just while the show is on each Saturday.
