I have a Panny (SD255) and use Doves Farm gluten free flour. I just follow the recipe on the pack, it always turns out well. Not the same consistency as ordinary bread of course, but my coeliac's sufferer friend says she likes coming here because the bread always tastes better than hers! (Which she makes in another brand of BM). It's certainly less expensive than shop bought bread.

Im considering getting a bread maker to make gluten free bread and ive read several different things regarding one or two paddles - what do you guys have or think 1 or 2?
how much does it cost on average do you think for you to make a loaf of bread im currently buying Genius at £3 a loaf and want to make sure its worth the financial input for what i would get out of it.

Hi Ditsykitchen, I would also be interested in your recipes, as a coeliac I too am constantly experimenting! Unfortunately I couldn't view from your link as it was asking for a log in? Any help would be very much appreciated!
2019, move forward with positivity! I am the opposite of Eyeore :rotfl:
