Happy Birthday to your Sis HAW - a most excellent (although it seems, somewhat crowded) day for a birthday :D
Good Evening Folks from a dull and cloudy NI:eek:

It has been funny weatherwise in NI today with warm sunny spells, followed by cooler periods.
No NSD for me yesterday, as I bought 6 bottles of wine from Mr T with 25% off:T and also bought some xmas pressies. I had evouchers that I earned for doing surveys though and only had to add a small amount of cash to finish my mums present, get part of my dads and also a convection heater:)
    Declaring NSD3 for today though:)
Kerri, I do feel better for having lost the weight, although keeping it off and my Blood Pressure down will be a challenge, as it used to 190/120 quite regularly:o
Thanks to everyone else for the support regarding the weight loss, although I will have to work hard at keeping it off:eek:
I haven't yet caught up on the posts, so hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend:)

Weather been a bit like that too here Red, deff cooler in the evenings and really does feel like Autumn is moving in.

 to the blood pressure - thankfully something I don't need to worry about, although a number of years back it went inexplicably low, which meant without warning I would feel very nauseous and get tunnel vision - back up to just about normal now at 100/60.

Lovely birthday day here, got to eat choc cake before noon (baked by an equally lovely friend), am the proud owner of a shiny new bag and have stuffed myself silly with fish n chips for dinner (that will take some working off next week :rotfl:) Off shopping with DM tomorrow too (perhaps I should've saved the calorie intake of a small army until post-shop :rotfl:)

Oh, and all wrapped up in shiny paper with a bow was NSD # 4

Pleased to report I'm finally off the mark with NSD # 1 / 15 :j

I've been working away this week and decided to have a few evenings out with friends who work in my stayaway office. I did keep the spending to a minimum but no NDSs.....I did enjoy the catching up though :T

  • kerri Happy Birthday for yesterday!Sounds like you had a lovely day.:D

red well done on getting your BP down.I think that a lot of people who lose weight can find that the main challenge is keeping it off.If you're doing a lot of sport,as you build up your muscle mass you will burn more calories. So it's a win-win situation.:)

Welcome to all the newbies, there seems to be quite a few of you!:j:j

Yesterday was #4.Hoping for one today.Have a great weekend everyone.
