As predicted, no NSD for me today, as I paid my rent at lunchtime and also splashed out on a loaf of bread:eek:!! Marmite, I have nicknamed circuits donkey training, as he makes us run around the car park like donkies:p
I was at spin tonight, so my body may hurt just a little right now:eek: and I will take tomorrow off from the gym:T
