Electoral roll worry
Dfects
Hiya,
We recently applied for a mortgage after being agreed in principle. I know I probably should of checked this before, but I've gone into my Noddle account and my electoral roll address is my previous one from 15 months ago! I know that I sent off the forms for both my partner and me when we first moved in but Noddle has either been really slow or they haven't been processed. I kind of remember getting a form through the post to change the people registered to vote at this address too and sent it off with corrections, which would of been close to when we moved in.
How likely is this to scupper us? Its our first mortgage and we both have pretty good credit scores, never missed a bill etc. and have one small loan. The application was sent off with bank statements with addresses and my loan statement with an address etc. so I'm hoping this will prove enough.
We've been registered at our last 3 properties on the electoral roll, all of which have been within the last 4-5 years.
Really worrying me now

Just get on it asap and dont apply for lots of mortgages until you know you are
you can download a form, fill it in and send it off, and contact the department to make sure they process it quickly0 -
I Just signed up with equifax to check on there and guess what, I'm registered at my current address since 12-13!
So the question is, why is noddle so out of date? Should I contact them?0 -
Hmm just noticed on the main page in noddle my current address is listed as my previous one! The electoral roll page says "dates that your name was registered on the electoral roll at your current address".
Strange it doesn't update itself as the addresses section shows number 1 as our real current and the previous one as a "linked" address.
Gone into the settings to change it so hopefully in 9 days when the reports change it'll show the right details. Phew!0
