My ex husband (divorced 14 years ago) has recently told me we had an endowment policy which we never cashed in. Is there any way of locating it?

Presume you no longer pay premiums, and don't or have not recd any correspondence from this during the time (including letters re non-payment of prems/making paid up etc).
If it was in connection with your mortgage, and if you are still with the same lender, there should be details of it held (even if not assigned).
Old bank statements should show the DDM details.
Was it not detailed within the divorce settlement docs ?
There may not actually be any value depending upon how long it was serviced for before premiums ceased
Hope this helps
