Using iPad for competitions

Hi everyone I am after some help please. I used to do comping quite a lot but recently have not had time!.

Anyway was wondering if any of you do this and if so what is best way to do it.

Any help will be appreciated

I do it, but I find that it's quite a bit slower than using a computer. I always have my email address copied so I can just paste it into the right box when needed. I sometimes find that captcha boxes don't work properly on the iPad too.

I often comp on my ipad. You can set up a lot of shortcuts which are handy. Eg I only type in "Myadd" and my whole address comes up in the box. "yahoo" puts in my email, "pc" puts in my postcode etc.

Autofill is good but doesn't always work.

What are the best apps for these. I am new to iPad only had it 2 days

I'VE been using iPad for two years now comping and most of time it's straight forward to use it's just on some comps if it's got a video to run to see if you've won "ie" the Pepsi comp then the video doesn't play via iPad, but other than that I find it's easier then going and switch main computer on. As for bests apps go to apple store or android it using a android device and look at all apps to find one which suits.

I have tried searching for password manager etc on App Store but there is a few and not sure which one is easiest and best.

I use my iPad & get husband to enter any that don't work on here whilst he's doing his surveys just email him the links...use auto fill or just type...am a fast typer now as plenty practise so really enjoy it which helps.

Sure- on iPad or iPhone

Go to Settings-General-Keyboard-shortcuts

Then click on the + and you can add a new shortcut.

EG:
Phrase: [EMAIL="myemail@me.com"]myemail@me.com[/EMAIL]
Shortcut: mail

Once you start, you can just keep adding the phrases which you find you use more often.

No matter how fast you type, this is faster!
