help with e/mail access

put wrong password in to outlook this morning so cant access e/mails as im now timed out anyone how long I have to wait cant even get a one time access code

I'm not too sure - you must have put it in a lot for it to time you out as once only doesn't lock you out.

Do you have alternative email connected? Sometimes they will email codes to that. Other than that, I'd say just wait a few hours and see how it is, or contact them, you might have to prove you're the owner of the account though, through the verification period! x

I put it in three times sure that it was the correct one had account for ages and it happened early this morning but it keeps telling me to try again later
