Can you mix shampoo together?

I seem to have loads of nearly empty bottles of shampoo (different brands) Is there any reason why I shouldn't mix them together in one pot?

Thank you.. I have so many of those small sachets as well are really annoying to use up.. I'm sure i have a spare tub to put them in!

I've done this and sometimes it goes really thick, other times it went thin with lumps in. Still worked, but kind of a mess, so I stopped doing it.

Why not just use all the little bits individually or am I missing something?

Yes it's fne. When I get down to that annoying bit at the bottom of the bottle, I just stand it on its head, then squeeze it into another bottle. You get some interesting colour combos!

Dilute with water, mix and put in an old (rinsed) pump action bottle and use as hand wash.

I buy big bottles of cheapo bubble bath and decant it into my handwash pump. 4 times cheaper and does the same thing.

I can't see it killing germs though.

I can't see mixing shampoo brands together being very good for your hair, personally I wouldn't.
