Backbilling info for micro (small) business

Hi,

Am sorting out backbilling problem with British Gas as a micro (new name for small) business consumer. The principles varies between domestic use and micro business.

Thought the following might helpful for any other micro business facing a backbill. The principles vary if supplier at fault or consumer.

British Gas have already admitted full responsiblity for error now its a fight to get the bill reduced. Moneysavingexpert wont allow me to post links to "avoid clogging up system" so please insert the http:// part in.
